Cancel a plan

Cancel your Draxlr subscription through the Stripe billing portal.

You can cancel a paid Draxlr subscription at any time. Cancellation is handled in the Stripe billing portal, where you can also update your payment method and download invoices.

Admins only:

Only members with the Admin access level can manage billing. This applies to organizations on a paid, Stripe-billed plan.

Open Organization Settings

Go to Organization Settings and find the Organization plan card at the top.

Open Manage subscription

Click Manage subscription. This button appears when your organization is on a paid plan billed through Stripe.

You're redirected to the Stripe billing portal.

Cancel the plan in Stripe

In the portal, choose Cancel plan and confirm. From the same portal you can also update your card and download past invoices.

What happens after you cancel

  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your paid features stay active until the Expiry date shown on the Organization plan card.
  • After that date, the organization reverts to the free plan, and your limits (users, databases, tables, and features) drop to the free tier.
  • To keep a paid plan, resubscribe before the expiry date — see Subscribe to a plan.
