Subscribe to a plan

Upgrade your Draxlr organization to a paid plan.

Subscribing to a paid plan raises your organization's limits — more users, databases, tables, and access to features like access levels and row-level security. Billing is handled securely through Stripe.

Admins only:

Only members with the Admin access level can change the organization's plan. Billing is managed per organization, so a new plan applies to everyone in it.

Subscribe to a plan

Open Organization Settings

Go to Organization Settings. The Organization plan card at the top shows your current plan, its expiry date, and your usage limits.

Open the plan picker

Click Upgrade (on the free plan) or Change Plan. The Upgrade your plan window opens with all available plans.

Choose monthly or annual billing

Use the Monthly / Annual toggle at the top of the window. Annual billing is discounted, so the per-month price is lower.

Pick a plan and activate

Each plan card lists its price and included features. Click Activate on the plan you want.

Your current plan shows as Current Plan instead. For tailored limits, use the Custom plan card to get in touch.

Complete payment in Stripe

You're redirected to Stripe Checkout to enter your payment details. Complete the payment there.

Back to Draxlr

After a successful payment, Stripe returns you to Draxlr and you'll see “Plan changed successfully.” Your new limits apply immediately. If you close Stripe Checkout without paying, the upgrade is cancelled and your plan is unchanged.

Notes

  • Payments are handled by Stripe. Draxlr never sees or stores your card details.
  • Changing plans later works the same way — open Organization Settings and pick a different plan.
  • Cancel any time. You can cancel your plan whenever you want — see Cancel a plan.
