Summary Row

Calculate totals, averages, and more without writing formulas.

The Summary Row feature lets you perform basic aggregations directly in the result table. You can apply operations like Sum, Average, Minimum, Maximum, or enter custom text.


How to add a Summary Row?

  1. Click on "Add Summary Row"

    • Scroll to the bottom of the result table and click on Add Summary Row to begin.
  2. Choose an Operation

    • For each column, use the dropdown to select an operation:
      • Plain text
      • Distinct count
      • Sum
      • Average
      • Minimum
      • Maximum
  3. Apply Aggregation

    • Select the desired operation (e.g., Average) on the specific column.
  4. View the Result

    • The result of the selected operation will be displayed in the summary row.
    • You can edit or remove the summary row at any time.
